Clients are responsible for returning the venue as it is provided (clean with the initial furniture layout put back in place and no damages to the space). Setup/teardown time has to be included in the booked time.

There are three (3) free public parking spots in front of our entrance on Saint-Urbain St. As an alternative to street parking, the indoor parking of UQAM is located two (2) minutes away from the venue and is open 24/7.
Security Deposit
Caucus does not require any security deposit - We trust you. However, in case of damage to the Caucus space or to any of its amenities, the customer is responsible for reimbursing the related cost(s).
Cancellation
$50 cancellation fee 48 hours within booking and at least 10 days before event. After that, cancel up to 7 days before event and get a 50% refund. Please note that you cannot request to shorten the duration of your booking once the reservation has been made.
