  • Self check-in and instant client support via phone and text messaging to help limit contact with others

  • Contact-free request resolution whenever possible

  • Check-in details sent via email and text message

eNHANCED cLEANING

  • Heightened cleaning and disinfecting practices as per CDC and WHO guidelines

  • Increased cleaning scope and frequency

  • Cleaning in between every reservation and daily on multi-day reservations

  • Special attention to frequently touched surfaces, such as tables, countertops,

       doorknobs, sink faucets, coffee machine, etc.

CONSTANT PRECAUTIONS

  • Introduction of face masks and gloves for our employees when cleaning or performing maintenance

  • Recommandation to clients to bring their own single-use items (disposable cutlery, glasses, etc.)

  • Recommandation to clients to wear masks and to practice social distancing

  • Recommandation to employees to stay home if they are sick or have a fever

  • Reduction of space capacity to favor social distancing 

  • Addition of hand sanitizers at the entrance and in the premises
