Clients are responsible for returning the venue as it is provided (clean with the initial furniture layout put back in place and no damages to the space). Setup/teardown time has to be included in the booked time.

Parking
There are three (3) free public parking spots in front of our entrance on Saint-Urbain St. As an alternative to street parking, the indoor parking of UQAM is located two (2) minutes away from the venue and is open 24/7.
Security Deposit
Caucus does not require any security deposit - We trust you. However, in case of damages to the space or to any of its amenities or in the event of additional time spent in the venue, the customer is responsible for reimbursing the related cost(s) as per our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
From the moment you book, you have 48 hours to cancel ($50 fee) if your event is at least 10 days away. After that, cancel up to 7 days before your event and get a 50% refund. No refund will be granted if you cancel less than 7 days before your event date. Please note that you cannot request to shorten the duration of your booking once the reservation has been made.

Clients need to bring their own plates/glasses/cutlery if needed.

The venue has a small prep area comprising a counter, a sink and a fridge. This space doesn't include a stove/oven or a microwave.

The dimensions of the 4 tables that are provided are 70 cm x 60 cm.

The coffee machine is a Nespresso Inissia.

It is strictly forbidden to open the emergency door and use the residential terrace at the back of the venue. A $500 fine is applicable if the terrace is being accessed without an emergency reason.
